- A concise explanation without private information.
What we cannot do
We cannot log in to your extender, access your network, reset a device remotely, recover passwords, provide warranty decisions or represent a manufacturer. For a hardware fault, warranty claim or model-specific firmware issue, use the official support channel printed in the product documentation.
